Had a fantastic experience at Romford branch. My car was given spare wheels for the day whilst they worked on my wheels. Next morning the wheels were ready and a massive improvement on what I had so much so I took my wife's car the following morning and collected the same afternoon. Excellent service from start to finish. Customer service on point 👍🏽 from Jason. For a while i have been looking to get my wheels done 19” 19 years old. After researching online and taking a punt on Alloy fix Romford, i couldn’t be happier with the result of my new looking alloys 🛞. No hanky panky on price from the beginning of the phone call to letting me know to fix two buckles at my choice at further cost (why wouldn’t you). The guys at Alloy Fix Romford are very proffesional and Polite. I brought my alloys in on Wednesday and they were literally finished the next day mid afternoon. I turned up at alloy fix without an appointment on Monday morning to have 4 alloys diamond cut. Jason was on hand to help me with the whole process. Had my wheels off and 4 loan wheels on within half an hour and I was on my way. Called me Tuesday evening to let me know they’d be ready early Wednesday morning to collect and even allowed me to apply a ceramic coating before they were re fitted to the car. From start to finish Alloy fix gave an exemplary service, the guys down there are highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful, the lone wheels are such a great resource that help to keep you mobile and the final product finish is second to none, My wheels look amazing, they are getting some great attention and compliments, can’t thank you guys enough, I work at a Jaguar and Landrover main dealer and I will be recommending any customers that require wheel repair or refurbs to Alloy Fix. I will be using them again for my other vehicles and also getting my calipers painted. I am So pleased with the colour choice they really pop when the sun hits them you can see so many colour's depending on the light and angle, the pictures just don’t do them justice but still look so good I Can’t recommend Alloy fix Ltd enough.
